INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
A. Liability Insurance on Primary (not supplemental) Policy
B. Lifts2Go LLC listed as “ADDITIONAL INSURED”
C. Endorsement for “articulating or straight boom lifts”.
D. Coverage for “rented or leased equipment”
coverage must include: fire, damage, theft, and vandalism.
$50,000 in coverage / deductible refundable with rental deposit.
E. Lifts2Go LLC listed as “LOSS PAYEE”
F. “Waiver of Subrogation” Clause
G. Name of insurance agent company and contact information with permission for Lifts2Go to call/email verify information with agent and/or request updated document.

$300 charge per pad (damaged, missing, unreturned, stolen) 15 mi radius of downtown Columbus.
Fuel (Pickup & Dropoff)
- $150 (If fuel tank is not returned full)

- $350 Spare Tank Deposit (If requested - delivered full)
On Board Operating Manual
- $50 if damaged, exposed to rain, stolen or missing
On Board Fire Extinguisher
- $100 if damaged, missing, stolen or used

Safety Commitment
Safety is our priority that is why we require the operator of the lift to submit their current “Training Certificate”
from Sunbelt. Our lifts receive an annual certification and have onboard operating, safety and responsibility manuals.
